The X4 does not come standard with any driver assist safety features but opt for the Driving Assistance package and receive the Active Driving Assistant system (lane departure warning, frontal collision warning, city emergency automatic braking, and pedestrian protection), a head-up display, blind-spot monitoring, and speed limit information. The Driving Assistance Plus package adds adaptive cruise control with stop and go functionality and extended automatic braking but the Driving Assistance package is required.
