The 2019 Ford Expedition is an affordable large SUV that gets a new engine this year.
The 2019 Ford Expedition is powered by a new 370-horsepower 3.5-liter twin-turbocharged EcoBoost V6 engine. A six-speed automatic transmission comes standard. An adaptive suspension system with comfort, normal and sport modes is newly available for 2019. According to Ford, the system monitors the Expedition’s body motions and steering and braking inputs and can adjust damping in milliseconds.
The eight-seat 2019 Ford Expedition has a redesigned instrument cluster and a new steering wheel. Leather upholstery is optional. Newly available features include a 10-speaker Sony audio system, interior LED lighting and keyless access. An upgraded MyFord Touch infotainment system with an 8-inch touch-screen display and a blind spot monitoring system with cross traffic alert are also available.
